In his current role as an Account Operation Management specialist with the IRS, Jerry is responsible for handling taxpayer inquiries, tax law issues, and the settlement of tax accounts. His expertise in this area allows him to provide valuable assistance to taxpayers and ensure compliance with tax laws while also addressing their concerns and inquiries.
Prior to his role at the IRS, Jerry served as a Claims Specialist for the Social Security Administration, where he assisted the public with disability, retirement, and survivors' benefits. Through his work at the Social Security Administration, Jerry played a crucial role in helping individuals access vital financial support and combat poverty in the United States.
